About us

femDiana is a project created to address the needs of women and the LGBTQI+ community through a community-based approach.
We support women who have suffered or are suffering from gender-based violence, offering comprehensive care, empowerment, and psychosocial support.
Our work focuses on prevention, training, and awareness across all age groups, with the goal of eradicating gender-based violence.

Themes

GENDER PERSPECTIVE:

We challenge gender roles and intervene by including all identities.

EMPOWERMENT:

We give visibility to what is invisible and support the activation of personal capabilities and skills.

INTERSECTIONALITY:

We intervene by considering all axes of inequality and oppression.

COMMUNITY ACTION:

We promote a community-focused approach and a return to the territory, fostering the capacity for agency and becoming full-fledged agents of change.

INEQUALITIES AND VIOLENCE:

We work on prevention at all ages and provide support in raising awareness and in the repair of victims.
